New Features and Enhancements

Added new endpoints, enable_warm_engine and disable_warm_engine, which replace set_warm_engines. These endpoints let you pre-provision a logic engine, so a "warm" engine is ready to use immediately when you create or resume an engine. This reduces provisioning time to just a few seconds. Keeping a warm engine running increases costs, as one engine of the chosen size stays active in the background.
